چکیده

This paper explores the potential application of simultaneously transmitting and reflecting reconfigurable intelligent surface (STAR-RIS) in improving physical layer security (PLS) millimetre wave (mmWave) non-orthogonal multiple access (NOMA) uplink communications. In particular, legitimate users on both sides STAR-RIS send confidential information to base station (BS) while keeping it secret from eavesdroppers near BS by exploiting proactively regulate electromagnetic propagation environment. By jointly designing transmit power, active beamforming at BS, reflecting/transmitting coefficients STAR-RIS, authors' goal is maximize minimum secrecy capacity subject successive interference cancellation decoding order constraints. Due non-convexity formulated problem, an efficient algorithm proposed capitalizing alternating optimization, a penalty-based approach, convex approximation, semi-definite relaxation. Firstly, two-layer iterative based penalty for joint optimization sub-problem proposed. Then, non-convex problem transformed into positive programming power sub-problem. Numerical simulation results reveal that STAR-RIS-aided system has more tremendous advantages effectiveness PLS mmWave NOMA communication compared with benchmark schemes.

A Secure Routing Algorithm for Underwater Wireless Sensor Networks

Recently, underwater Wireless Sensor Networks (UWSNs) attracted the interest of many researchers and the past three decades have held the rapid progress of underwater acoustic communication. One of the major problems in UWSNs is how to transfer data from the mobile node to the base stations and choosing the optimized route for data transmission. Secure routing in UWSNs is necessary for packet d...

Secure Group Communications for Wireless Networks

In this paper we consider the problem of key management in a highly-mobile wireless networking environment, such as a dynamic, distributed setting in which command and control nodes move along with individual users. In this scenario, data must be securely multicast from one source to many users, requiring that users be properly keyed. Furthermore, because users move in and out of the session (d...

Secure Communications for Event-Driven Wireless Sensor Networks

Existing security systems for Wireless Sensor Networks are either not able to cover all security requirements or are seriously affected by too high communications expenses to enable realistic deployments. We present a new security system for event-driven Wireless Sensor Networks, called PaRSec, that covers all security requirements with adequate expenses, for the first time. For this purpose, a...

Secure Communications in NOMA System: Subcarrier Assignment and Power Allocation

Secure communication is a promising technology for wireless networks because it ensures secure transmission of information. In this paper, we investigate the joint subcarrier (SC) assignment and power allocation problem for nonorthogonal multiple access (NOMA) amplify-and-forward twoway relay wireless networks, in the presence of eavesdroppers. By exploiting cooperative jamming (CJ) to enhance ...

Secure Group Communications over Combined Wired and Wireless Networks

Abstract. This paper considers the fundamental problem of key agreement among a group of parties communicating over an insecure public network. Over the years, a number of solutions to this problem have been proposed with varying degrees of complexity. However, there seems to have been no previous systematic look at the growing problem of key agreement over combined wired/wireless networks, con...
